Job Title:Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) Location:White Field Department:Human Resources Experience - 8yrs to 12yrs Reports to:HR Manager Employment Type:Full-TimeJob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedHR Business Partner (AM / Manager Level)to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting leaders and managers, and enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate should bring a solid track record in HRBP roles within the IT industry and have hands-on experience in leadership engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and talent management.Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership & Leadership Engagement Act as a strategic advisor tobusiness leaders ,project managers , andteam leads and aboveon HR-related matters. Partner closely with business units to understand key business drivers and align HR strategies accordingly. Participate inbusiness reviews , planning meetings, and contribute from anorganizational development perspective . Employee Engagement & Retention Drive and analyzeemployee satisfactionsurveys; collaborate with leaders to build and implement action plans. Conduct1:1 session ,skip-level meetings ,focus group discussions (F&Ds)to gather feedback and act on employee concerns. Plan and executetownhalls ,HR connects , and employee communication initiatives to boost transparency and trust. Talent & Performance Management Partner with managers to driveperformance reviews , goal setting, and development planning. Identify high-potential talent and contribute to succession planning and leadership pipeline development. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Collaborate with the C&B team on benchmarking, budgeting, and salary review cycles. Advise managers and employees on compensation structures, benefits, and rewards. HR Projects & Change Management Lead and supportorganization-wide projects(e.g., employee lifecycle digitization, engagement programs, DEI initiatives). Contribute tochange managementprocesses during restructuring, M&A, or business transformation. Compliance & Policy Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and ethical practices. Handle employee relations cases with discretion, professionalism, and fairness.Key Skills & Competencies: Proven HRBP experience in theIT industrysupporting mid to large business units. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders and drive outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including withproject managers ,TLs , andbusiness heads . Expertise inemployee relations ,engagement ,HR communication , andorganization development . Hands-on experience in managingC&B programs ,one-on-one discussions ,skip levels , andtownhalls . Analytical mindset with ability to interpret people data and provide actionable insights. Strong project management skills with exposure to HR transformation initiatives.Education & Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute.
