Headquartered in Jaipur, India's jewellery hub, Derewala has expanded its global footprint, serving esteemed clients in over 30 countries across 6 continents.Location- Sitapura, JaipurWorking Days- 6Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations and achieve production goals.Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve production efficiency and effectiveness.Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.Cost Control:Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality.Supply Chain Management:Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components for production.Optimize inventory levels to balance production needs and cost considerations.Safety and Compliance:Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline processes.Team Leadership:Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing production team.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders on production status, challenges, and opportunities.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align production with market demands.Preferred Candidate Profile-- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. - 18–24 years in manufacturing operations; 5+ years in senior leadership roles- Plant Head, GM/ DGM. - Strong expertise in production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. - Proven experience in lean manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, cost optimization, and productivity improvement. - Hands-on with ERP systems and manufacturing analytics. - Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills. - Results-oriented, strategic thinker, proactive, and safety-conscious.
