We are seeking a dynamic Fashion Management Trainee to assist in both marketing initiatives and merchandising tasks, ensuring smooth project execution in alignment with our brand’s creative vision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist in executing small-scale marketing campaigns and social media activities that reflect Drape Story's design philosophy and engage our target audience.
  • Merchandising: Prepare collection presentations, visual merchandising concepts, and architectural presentations for clients, ensuring each project reflects the unique identity of Drape Story.
  • Product Management: Generate item codes for products, assist with packaging design, and ensure consistent quality across all deliverables.
  • Creative Research: Conduct design-related research for upcoming collections and provide support for packaging and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors to ensure seamless sourcing of materials and packaging supplies.
  • Presentation Development: Assist in the development of professional presentations for retail clients, architects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Product Development: Support the design team by researching trends and packaging designs that align with Drape Story’s brand ethos.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and merchandising teams to ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of innovation and quality.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Passion for fashion and home décor with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong research, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative design solutions.
