Location : BangaloreExperience : 10+ Years (with strong expertise in Frontend architecture)Role & Responsibilities :- Define and drive the frontend architecture strategy, standards, and best practices for large-scale web applications.- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance React.js applications.- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.- Establish reusable UI component libraries and ensure consistency across applications.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security with best-in-class frontend practices.- Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Research and adopt modern frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep the stack up to date.- Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.- Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment on technical decisions and delivery milestones.- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.Preferred Candidate Profile :- 10+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 5+ years in React.js.- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Redux, React Hooks, Context API.- Hands-on experience with frontend architecture, design patterns, and modular code structures.- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.- Experience with performance tuning, optimization techniques, and accessibility (WCAG standards).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.), and DevOps practices.- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and micro-frontend architectures is a strong plus.- Strong understanding of security best practices in frontend development.- Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
