About the jobKnowledge, Skills and Experience- 5 to 7 years of experience in integration testing across banking or financial domain, preferably treasury systems.- Solid understanding of treasury platforms like FinMechanics or similar platforms.- Good exposure to trade lifecycle, risk management, pricing, and settlement systems.- Familiarity with integration testing tools, automation (optional), and defect tracking tools like JIRA or HP ALM.- Working knowledge of APIs, messaging protocols (MQ, FIX), and file-based integrations.- Strong analytical and documentation skills.- Ability to work in agile and waterfall environments.- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science.- Prior experience in end-to-end testing for enterprise trading applications is a strong advantage.- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and offshore teams.Key Responsibilities :- Plan, manage, and execute integration testing for FinMechanics Converge (FMC) platform and related upstream/downstream systems.- Review business and system requirements, create comprehensive test cases and test scenarios covering functional flows, system interfaces, and data validations.- Coordinate with business, support, and development teams to understand business flows and dependencies.- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to defined quality assurance standards and guidelines.- Maintain detailed documentation including test plans, test data, test execution logs, and defect reports.- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks (ref:hirist.tech)
