Youll work at the intersection of technology, clinical operations, and data science, defining features that translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive and compliant digital solutions.This role demands strategic thinking, a solid grasp of healthcare regulations, and hands-on experience in building and scaling AI-enabled platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare solutions.- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and clinical teams to translate medical workflows and user needs into functional product features.- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer outcomes.- Translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release goals.- Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to conceptualize and validate AI models, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and interpretability.- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, and FDA guidelines where applicable.- Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure consistent delivery across Agile/Scrum development cycles.- Evaluate product performance using data-driven metrics (adoption, accuracy, impact) and continuously iterate for improvement.- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends in healthcareincluding predictive analytics, NLP, generative AI, and clinical decision support toolsto inform product strategy.- Engage with clients, clinicians, and business stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and define success metrics.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, with at least 2+ years in the US Healthcare domain.- Proven experience delivering AI/ML-driven productssuch as predictive modeling, NLP pipelines, or GenAI applications.- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, payer-provider models, and clinical data interoperability (FHIR/HL7).- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver in fast-paced, iterative environments.- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.- Ability to translate healthcare problems into AI product features and measurable outcomes.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Technically adept with a working understanding of data science, API integration, and cloud-based AI tools.Preferred / Bonus Skills:- Experience in oncology, payer-provider systems, or population health management.- Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-assisted clinical documentation tools.- Familiarity with AI ethics, model interpretability, and regulatory approval processes for AI in healthcare.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret AI model outputs, metrics, and business KPIs.- Prior experience working with US-based healthcare clients or global health Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.- Advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, MS in AI/ML, or Healthcare Management) are a plus.- Certifications in Product Management (CSPO, AIPMM) or Healthcare IT (HIT, FHIR, HIPAA) preferred.- Continuous learning in AI technologies, data analytics, or digital health product strategy will be considered a strong asset.Why Join Us?:- Be at the forefront of AI innovation in healthcare with a mission-driven team.- Opportunity to shape intelligent products impacting patient care globally.- Collaborative and inclusive work culture that values innovation and growth.- Competitive compensation, performance-based rewards, and flexible work arrangements.
