Sales Manager- CSR company Role Overview As a Sales Manager for Impact Assessment Solutioning CSR company, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by engaging with corporates and organizations looking for credible, accredited CSR impact assessments. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that help companies measure and demonstrate the real impact of their social initiatives. This is a high-ownership, purpose-driven role suited for someone who is passionate about both sales and creating social change. Key Responsibilities * Build and manage a pipeline of CSR leads from corporates and foundations. * Engage with clients to understand their CSR goals and pitch tailored impact assessment solutions. * Prepare customized proposals and SOWs in collaboration with research teams. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. * Stay updated on CSR laws, ESG frameworks, and industry trends. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
