This mid-level role involves hands-on technical execution, supporting enterprise IT infrastructure through hardware design, deployment, and maintenance.Key Responsibilities- Deploy and configure laptops, servers, network devices, and storage systems. - Support hardware provisioning for data centers and enterprise environments. - Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot hardware issues. - Maintain accurate hardware asset records and ensure compliance with security standards. - Collaborate with software, network, and infrastructure teams for seamless integration. - Provide L1/L2 support and escalate incidents as needed. - Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to audits.What We’re Looking For- Basic understanding of server architecture, networking hardware, and storage systems. - Familiarity with hardware monitoring tools and asset management systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and documentation abilities. - Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support.Qualifications- Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 4–5 years of experience in hardware or infrastructure support roles (certifications are a plus). - High computer literacy and strong interpretation skills.
