Job Summary :We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions while working closely with business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.- Develop scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.- Work on Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and automation tools.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and Named Credentials.- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and deliver work within sprint timelines.- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and apply them to improve Skills :- 4-8 years of Salesforce development experience.- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft preferred).- Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, SFDX).- Strong problem-solving and communication :- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certifications (preferred).- Experience with deployment tools and sandbox management.
