This role is ideal for astrategic, customer-focused professionalwho thrives on building long-term partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring superior client satisfaction in a technical B2B environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Ownership:Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring proactive communication and seamless coordination. Retention & Growth:Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying expansion opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling Ecocare’s product portfolio. Technical Consultation:Collaborate with plant teams to understand cleaning and hygiene challenges, suggest optimized solutions, and validate performance results. Sales & Revenue Targets:Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through effective account planning and execution. Client Visits & Reviews:Conduct regular on-site visits for performance review, training sessions, and solution validation. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence:Track competitor activities, client feedback, and market trends to develop data-driven growth strategies.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree inFood Technology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. Experience:3–6 years inKey Account Management or B2B Technical Saleswithin theFood, Beverage, or Dairy sector. Technical Expertise:Sound understanding ofCIP (Cleaning-In-Place), COP (Cleaning-Out-of-Place), OPC (Open-Plant Cleaning),andWater Chemistry. Skills:Strong command ofMS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Languages:English and regional languages (as per territory).Required Soft SkillsStrategic Thinker: Ability to connect client needs with business opportunities. Excellent Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and professional in verbal and written interactions. Negotiator: Skilled in handling discussions that balance value and profitability.
