You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage user access, and support system rollouts—keeping our teams connected and productive. If you’re passionate about solving problems, delivering great service, and making technology work for people, this role is for you.Job Description:Manage incidents (via Zendesk and ServiceNow) received at the Help Desk in a prompt and courteous mannerServe as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone, email, or web portal.Troubleshoot computers/mobile devices, operating systems and hardware issuesDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelSupport Verdantas Cybersecurity initiatives and assist in maintaining device and account complianceManage user accounts, group policy, and access guidelinesSet up and deploy hardware/core software for new hires and existing employeesSupport IT function and employees with the rollout of new technology, whether it is software, enhanced processes, or hardware upgradesSupport IT function and employees through mergers and acquisitionsSupport IT Asset Management team initiatives in software license management compliance and asset tracking/inventorySupport Verdantas IT Infrastructure teams in maintaining active directory and email distribution listsMaintain asset inventoryAssist with developing IT procedures and training staffOn-Call work as neededQualifications:Associate degree in a related field or 4-7 years of experienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office 365 and security in a helpdesk roleTech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products and remote controlGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
