The role demands expertise in Empathy-Driven Design Thinking, with the ability to inspire innovation, reframe problems, and guide participants through user-centered design processes that deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver high-impact, experiential workshops on Empathy-Driven Design Thinking. - Apply tools such as empathy mapping, journey mapping, ideation frameworks, and rapid prototyping to real-world business challenges. - Adapt content and facilitation style to suit diverse corporate audiences—from emerging leaders to senior management. - Collaborate with the Protocol learning design team to ensure contextual relevance and outcome alignment. - Provide post-program insights and learning impact reports when required.-Candidate Profile:- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Design Thinking facilitator or consultant. - Certified in Design Thinking / Human-Centered Innovation (Stanford d.school, IDEO U, Hasso Plattner Institute, or equivalent). - Deep understanding of empathy-led design principles, creative problem-solving, and innovation frameworks. - Strong facilitation presence, storytelling ability, and executive communication skills. - Based in Bangalore and available for short-term or project-based engagements.-Why Partner with Protocol?- Collaborate with one of India’s most respected names in corporate learning and behavioral transformation. - Engage with reputed clients across sectors—technology, manufacturing, services, and more. - Deliver meaningful programs that combine creativity with strategic business relevance.Interested trainers may share their credentials and certification details at info@protocol.org.in
