Human Resources TransformationThe HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice – the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered. ThePayroll and Workforce Management teamis a market offering within the HRT team that provides services for companies to assess and enhance their Payroll and Workforce Management operations. The offering is divided into sub-offerings: Advisory,Kronosand Infor specializing and operating in assessing, advising, designing, building, operationalizing and helping clients implement and streamline payroll and workforce management solutions Work You’ll Do Participate in the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design and Testing Participate in requirement gathering and translate business needs into a systems design specification Maintain and monitor data conversion assigned activities during all phases of project Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving rules and policies Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirements Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Management concepts, Kronos WFC Suite, labor cost optimization, payroll time tracking, workforce analytics, integrations Experience developing Inbound and Outbound integrations using tools like Workforce Integration Manager and creating reports using tools like SSRS Experience in transferring configuration data into remote/mapping folders across different environments using tools like Setup Data Manager Additional Responsibilities: Perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, implementation, maintenance and user acceptance testing activities for large-scale timekeeping and workforce applications Act as technical liaison and subject matter expert with internal client organizations and peer technology partners on timekeeping and workforce applications Perform troubleshooting activities using hyper-find queries, genies and reports. Also Monitor the Transaction Assistant daily and resolves any issues Support testing activities through the test environment including maintaining a DEV environment representative of production, through frequent updates of production data Create and update detailed functional and technical design documents, plans testing strategies and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary Conduct production support, software upgrades, and regular audits, to ensure compliance on the use of the Kronos application Maintain security related configuration, new labor level entries, employee groups and labor level sets. Act as liaison for application upgrades and coordinate communications and training The key skills required are as follows: Bachelor’s Degree Master’s in Human Resource Management is desirable 4+ years’ experience with technical aspects of Kronos including: Kronos WIM Interface Designer Tool Coordinating all facets of application upgrades Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.) SSRS and other SQL based reporting tools Set Up Data Manager Extensive experience on Kronos Workforce Central Suite and System Architecture including: Kronos Time & Attendance : Pay policy building blocks, ESS, Access and Security, Navigators Kronos Accruals : Accrual Profiles, policies, grants and limits Kronos Activities : Work Orders, Productivity Tracking, Activity Forms Kronos Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling : Schedule planners, Labor and Volume Forecasting Kronos Analytics 4+ years’ experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered Strong analytical/problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio Willingness to travel internationally for extended duration of time (3 to 6 months) Experience in Workforce Dimensions is preferred. Business Structure Tiles and Data views Time & Attendance Accruals Analytics, Reporting and Activities Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling Experience in Dell Boomi is preferred. Certification in Dell Boomi Preferably candidates who have worked on integration of Dimensions using Dell Boomi Travel Requirements: There could be a need to travel within/ outside the country based on project needs for a limited period.
