Job Description :

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions with a strong focus on the IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and SecOps modules in ServiceNow. This is a remote opportunity, and the successful candidate will be expected to have a significant shift overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) to support project needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting complex ServiceNow GRC solutions, while working closely with customers to ensure effective solution delivery. You will be an integral part of the team, driving the technical implementation, integration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC modules, while ensuring system performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead GRC implementations from start to finish, ensuring that project milestones are met and requirements are aligned with business goals.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow IRM modules such as Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vulnerability Response to meet client-specific requirements.

- Build and deploy ServiceNow scripting solutions (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes) to automate processes and optimize workflows in the GRC environment.

- Work with API integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, answer technical queries, and develop tailored solutions based on evolving needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow GRC application issues, ensuring minimal disruptions and high system availability.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, implementing security best practices, and continuously improving the system's capabilities.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality development standards.

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and customers, to report progress and address any challenges or roadblocks.

- Support and enhance existing GRC solutions to ensure they stay up-to-date and aligned with client requirements.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules.

- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk, Compliance, Security Incident Response (SIR), and Vulnerability Management.

- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions).

- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience resolving complex technical issues in a ServiceNow environment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, gather business requirements, and provide timely solutions.

- Shift Overlap : Must be available for at least 5 hours overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST), specifically from 8 AM to 1 PM EST (6:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST).

- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, GRC Implementation Specialist, or IRM Implementation Specialist.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Experience in working with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
