As a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), USAFact is dedicated to customer service, cutting-edge technology, and quality assurance to deliver tailored screening programs that meet diverse client needs.Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Appointment Setter located in Bengaluru. The Appointment Setter will focus on scheduling appointments, generating leads, and initiating communication with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, maintaining accurate scheduling records, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and contributing to a smooth appointment-setting workflow. This role requires proactive engagement with potential customers and strong organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently. This will be a 9pm to 6pm shift (some flexibility to this)Qualifications Proficiency in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage tasks Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry is a plus Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling tools Previous experience in a sales support, telemarketing, or high-volume appointment-setting role is a significant plus.
