Founding AI/ML Engineer (Co-Founder) – Build Bharat's First Audio LLM From Scratch

  • Title: Founding AI/ML Engineer (Co-Founder)
  • Focus: Transformer-based audio models
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: Full or part-time (founding team)

You'll Build:

  • Custom transformer architectures for audio
  • 100M+ parameter models trained on diverse Bharat audio datasets
  • Distributed training infra (multi-GPU/TPU, model parallelism)
  • Low-latency inference systems for real-time audio

Must-Have:

  • Built transformers from scratch (PyTorch/JAX)
  • Audio foundation model training experience
  • Large-scale distributed training expertise
  • Strong digital audio signal processing background
