About the Role :We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Flutter and Dart and be comfortable building cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Fix bugs and improve application performance.- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 1-2 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart.- Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts.- Experience in building and releasing apps on iOS and Android platforms.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services.- Knowledge of State Management approaches like Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.- Understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.- Experience with Git and version control systems.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.Good to Have :- Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.- Knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions).- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Flutter.Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) (ref:hirist.tech)
