Overview

Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting with implementing monitoring configuring troubleshooting and maintaining the IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Respond to requests related to basic systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with direct oversight from team members for guidance on how to apply best practices in problem resolution Assist with projects involving installations upgrades and modernization of servers and systems Assist with audits of servers and environment to ensure compliance with established standards policies and configuration guidelines Provide support for Infrastructure systems such as server maintenance storage networking database administration network security messaging directory services server virtualization monitoring etc. Compose internal documentation with direct oversight from team members that reflects processes and system configuration Grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends Participate in the maintenance testing and execution of the disaster recovery plan

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma Knowledge of principles of systems administration Speak or write with ease clarity and impact using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience Demonstrated ability to write concise logical grammatically correct documentation Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work outside of normal business hours (evenings weekends Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job Up to 10% travel time required

What you will be doing
