Apptio Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities : - Implement and configure Apptio modules (TBM Studio, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, Cloudability, etc.) as per client requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial data, IT cost models, and business drivers.- Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes within Apptio.- Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and cost allocation models to provide financial transparency.- Support TBM (Technology Business Management) practices, ensuring accurate IT cost analysis and showback/chargeback models.- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide end-user training and documentation.- Work closely with Finance, IT, and Business teams to align Apptio outputs with strategic and operational goals.Professional & Technical Skills : Must-Have Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with Apptio platform (Cost Transparency, IT Planning, Cloudability).- Good understanding of TBM methodology and IT financial management.- Expertise in data analysis, transformation, and reporting.- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good-to-Have Skills : - Experience integrating Apptio with ERP, ITSM, and cloud platforms.- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.- Familiarity with cloud cost management (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Apptio certification(s).
