Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain the observability infrastructure and leveraging data analytics to drive insights and improvements.Qualifications- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics - Proficiency in Splunk, OpenTelemetry, and Kafka - Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools, including Kubernetes and DevOps practices - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Previous experience in observability engineering or related roles is a plus
