Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our team at TyrAds. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our partners across both the gaming and non-gaming industries, ensuring they achieve optimal results with TyrAds. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, understanding their goals, providing guidance on best practices, and monitoring performance to drive engagement and retention. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to address partner needs, optimize campaigns, and enhance the overall partner experience on our platform.
About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Specialist – Account Manager who will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our partners across both the gaming and non-gaming industries, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with our services. This role involves engaging with clients through various channels, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on campaign and platform operations. The position requires adaptability to work across multiple platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Srinagar (In office)
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to improve user acquisition efforts.
2. Collaborate with mobile gaming and non-gaming partners to identify and implement user acquisition opportunities within their platforms.
3. Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and engagement.
4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
5. Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the non-gaming and rewards sector.
7. Foster strong relationships with gaming and non-gaming communities and key stakeholders.
8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to improve the performance of campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of mobile gaming and non-gaming platforms and trends.
3. Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with offer walls is a must.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
