Job Title: Lead Tableau AdministratorLocation: Hybrid – Hyderabad/Bangalore/PuneExperience: 8+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong Tableau Administration expertise - Installation and configuration of new tableau server - Server upgrade activities - Tableau platform sizing - Issue troubleshooting, tuning and disaster recovery - User access management - Server maintenance activities (e.g. cleanup and create backups of the database and restore) - Server Monitoring/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues - Server administration knowledge on Linux, Azure, AWS & Windows - Production support experience - Leadership Skills - Great Organization skills to manage multiple team members and work streams - Candidate should have exposure to and willingness to learn: Power BI Development and Administration, Microsoft Fabric-Nice to have- Power BI AdministrationKey Responsibilities- Tableau environment Administration as a primary technical point of contact for incidents and Service requests related to Tableau server - Issue troubleshooting and resolution for all users of the Corporate BI Platforms - End-user support and training to inculcate Good Practices and implement Governance - Implement governance measures through automations - Lead a team of admins by planning and delegating to manage daily work along with other parallel initiatives - Install, Upgrade, and provide ongoing support for BI Platforms(Tableau and Power BI) - Communication with Business stakeholders to explain the technical aspects to build relationship across the organization
