Yes, everythingRole:Project Manager(Java) Job Location:Bangalore Interview Mode:1st Round(Virtual), Final(F2f) Experience:10 to 18 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesDrive planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-grade product initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, customer success) to ensure smooth execution. Partner with Product Managers to align project goals with customer and business objectives.Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across distributed/global teams. Act as a bridge between engineering teams and enterprise clients/stakeholders. Track and report progress, providing transparency to leadership and customRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/product-based companies. Strong background in B2B enterprise software delivery (preferably SaaS or cloud-based products). Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Familiarity with enterprise product ecosystems (Java/Spring, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
