Company Description We are a solar company based in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, working on rooftop and commercial solar projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician, located in Amaravati. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and repairing solar power system malfunctions, conducting performance analysis to ensure optimal power generation, and working closely with the solar installation team to ensure proper setup and functionality of solar panels and equipment. The role will require working in various weather conditions, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Solar Systems, Solar Industry knowledge, and Solar Power systemsStrong troubleshooting skills with a focus on power generationAbility to work on ladders and rooftops, and handle physical tasks related to solar installationsFamiliarity with electrical systems and power toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailCapability to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication skills and the ability to interpret technical documentationRelevant certifications in solar technology or electrical systems are advantageous
