Position: Performance Marketing Associate


Job Description:

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook. Your role will focus on optimizing our digital presence and driving high-quality traffic to our platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media advertising on Facebook.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they meet targeted KPIs.
  • Adjust bids, test and optimize keywords, and prepare detailed strategy reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are visually appealing and aligned with the target audience.
  • Implement A/B testing to understand the performance variables and enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign progress, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends and best practices to maintain and grow knowledge of digital marketing.


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEM tools.
  • Proficient in using analytical tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
