You’ll be hands-on with architecture, design, and development, driving projects from 0 to 1 while aligning with customer needs and business goals.What You’ll Do:Lead a team of managers and senior engineers to build Gen AI/ Applied ML, Data Analytics, orplatform solutions from scratch.Be hands-on in architecture, design, and development, ensuring scalability andperformance.Navigate uncertainty, prioritise features, and drive projects towards clear goals.Focus on customer-centric development, ensuring solutions meet user needs.Foster a growth mindset, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices.Collaborate with product and leadership to ensure alignment on goals andexecution.What You Have:15+ years in tech, with 10+ years in leadership/technical roles.Strong in architecture and design for complex systems.Experience building 0 to 1 solutions in Gen AI / Applied ML, Data Analytics, orPlatform Engineering or Large Scale Backend Systems.Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and managers (40-50 people).Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Excellent communication and team management skills.What We Offer:High-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to cutting-edge Gen AI / Applied ML technologies.Competitive salary and benefits.A culture of learning and innovation.
