Role Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT professional to manage and strengthen our company’s digital infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing company systems, applications, and Google Workspace, ensuring smooth functioning, data security, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Oversee and optimize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Admin Console).
  • Build, customize, and automate processes using Google Sheets, Apps Script, and integrations.
  • Manage business applications (ERP/CRM/internal apps) and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility.
  • Implement IT security measures, backups, and data protection protocols.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees.
  • Collaborate with different departments to digitize and streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
