Mandatory

1. 5+ yrs Salesforce and 1+ FSL hands-on development experience is a must.
2. Strong experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on FSL.
3. Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. Hands on Service Cloud.
4. Good hand-on experience on LWC development.
5. Hand-on experience on JavaScript with ECMAScript standard
6. Good experience on CSS as per device resolution
7. Skill required to help dispatchers assign work orders to service resources with the proper expertise

Others:

1. Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, including code versioning, deployment, and security.
2. Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
3. Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
4. Design, develop, test and deploy for various Salesforce applications.
5. Review, identify, prioritize technical and delivery risks
6. Validates the technical Architecture and review the impacts on the existing architectures for new developments and enhancements
7. Hands-on experience on Azure/GIT deployment process
8. Work closely with the project team to understand the requirements, create design documents, and ensure that the applications are aligned with business goals.
9. Participate in code reviews, ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
10. Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.
11. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth functioning of the applications.
12. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce development, and implement them in the applications as required.
13. Provide technical support to end-users, and ensure that the applications are meeting their needs.
14. Participate in Agile development processes, and provide regular updates to the project team on progress.
