Full-stack AI Engineer

As aFounding Engineer , you won’t just write code — you will helpcraft the product, architecture, engineering culture, and velocity . You will: Build full-stack features end-to-end for our AI hiring platform. Work with LLMs, agentic systems, and voice/speech models to create magical user experiences. Architect scalable systems on AWS and own reliability + performance. Move fast: prototype → iterate → ship → improve. Work closely with founders on product roadmap, tech decisions, and GTM experiments. Set the code quality & engineering standards for the team. Who We Want 2–3 years of solid experience infull-stack engineering . Hands-on withReact, TypeScript, Node.js , and eitherFastAPI or similar frameworks . Curiosity and prior work withLLMs, automation, or AI tools(agentic is a plus). Strong builder mentality — comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one execution.
