Design and enhance complex interaction models, animations, and microinteractions

across all our platforms and services.

Contribute to the evolution of our Design System by exploring innovative interaction paradigms and bringing forward pioneering practices and methodologies.

Mentor and guide designers on the importance and implementation of robust interaction design, leveraging your industry expertise.


Who You Are


You have at least 7+ years of strong hands-on experience as an Interaction

Designer, UI Motion Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced organization.

You have extensive experience with gesture, haptic, sensorial, and UI motion design, with a deep understanding of the tools and software used in the field.

Multiple years of demonstrated experience working on large-scale design systems, particularly in developing and implementing interaction and motion design principles.

Senior / Principal Interaction Designer Strong knowledge of modern UX/UI principles and user-centered design.

Experience working in cross-functional teams, including product management, designers, and engineers.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to present confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Flexibility to work in ambiguous situations, create clarity without direction, and define interaction design standards and best practices from the ground up.

Ability to learn quickly, iterate, unblock yourself, and persist until the right problem is solved.

You understand and live agile workflows and lean principles in your day-to-day work.

You have a portfolio showcasing your ability to design high-quality, engaging interactions and animations for a variety of applications.

You have experience mentoring other designers.

You have a deep understanding of accessibility and how to design interactions that cater to a wide range of users.

You have experience with open source or standards development.
