An industry 4.0 solution architecture and Industrial Control System professional with 9+ years of experience in various domains of PLC, HMI and SCADA. Core expertise on ICS product such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Omron for standradizing program (creating AOI, standard FBs, FCs), creating template and faceplates for the HMI and SCADA along with IOT products such as Edge, Kepware, Ignition, Hyprescalers (AWS etc) etc. Defining the end-to-end architecture from collecting the data from shop floor to doing data transformation at edge and defining KPI and data analytics for different application deployed on-premise or cloud


Mandatory Experience:

  • Work experience for minimum 8-10 years
  • Hands on experience
  • Solution Architecture design to make data available on cloud/On premises by studying the existing devices & network architecture of machine, shop floor, process plant etc.
  • Work on the different domains such as Steel, FMCG, Machine, FG, Automobile, Boilers etc.
  • Design System architecture, selection of ICS Hardware, software, and services.
  • Program development (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Servo) for machine of 200 IOs to process plant of ~7,000 IOs with redundant PLC and network on different communication protocol.
  • PLC code standardization & code development on different platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Omron etc.
  • SCADA/HMI screen development as per P&ID or machine layout, standard template development for SCADA/HMI.
  • Do scripting for data storage on local SQL or on cloud, stored procedure creation and Scheduling for reporting.
  • Involved in Software Development, FAT, installation, and onsite commissioning activity.
  • Design and develop the system architecture considering the OT security guideline as per IEC62443
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, operating in a multi-function environment to collectively improve operations and resolve related issues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Understand customer requirement and preparation of the proposal based on the customer requirement
  • Leading and guiding the team for the on time and less effective project deliverables
  • Customer interaction for the discussion on project deliverables, project timeline, resource planning etc.
  • Willing to travel to onsite as per project requirement
