You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders, lead onsite/offshore teams, and design scalable Coupa solutions that directly impact procurement efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.What You’ll DoLead end-to-endCoupa platform implementations(Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Expenses, Sourcing, Pay). Design and manageCoupa integrations(APIs, cXML, SFTP, middleware – MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic). Partner withProcurement, Finance, and IT teamsto align workflows with healthcare compliance and regulations. Drive solution design, code reviews, and technical best practices across onsite/offshore teams. Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and manage Coupa release upgrades.What We’re Looking For8–12 years of IT experience , with5+ years in Coupa design & development . Strong technical skills inCoupa APIs, cXML, SQL, scripting (Python/Shell/Groovy) . Proven experience integrating Coupa withERP systems(Oracle HCM, JD Edwards, SAP, Workday). Experience inhealthcare procurement processesand knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage distributed technical teams.
