Managing day-to-day Treasury Operation activities

- Forecast daily cash flows, working capital planning, inter-company cash pooling/lending and related borrowing needs.

- Investment of the short-term surpluses in various instruments as per treasury policy.

- Maintaining operational banking relations with Banks and MF houses.

- Preparation of bank related documents like UFCE, Stock Statement.

- Monitor bank balances and prepare cash balance and movement reports

- Day to Day bank entries & reconciliation in System.

- Managing import related banking operation, also having knowledge of 15CA/CB

- Maintaining MIS of working capital limits and investments made

- Monitor opening/closure of bank accounts, including maintenance of records on bank signatory list

- Preparation of bank related documents like UFCE, Stock Statement.

- Assist in execution of banking arrangements.

- Providing data to auditors as per audit requirement.

- Recordkeeping of documents in proper manner.

Result orientation

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day to day routine.

- Strong compliance management abilities to effectively achieve 100% compliance score

Financial acumen

- Subject matter knowledge in Commodity / FX / Derivatives / accounting and understanding the drivers of the Good at working with multiple stake holders and highest level of ethics and integrity.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction
