Purpose of the role:

As a C# Technical Lead, you'll design and develop clean and highly performant code with a focus on backend systems and APIs using C# .Net Core. You'll take a lead role in an Agile team environment, defining Sprints and ensuring that software is secure and developed in the right way to best practices. You'll oversee code reviews, ensure any blockers are removed and that high-quality software is delivered.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Will be responsible for complete design and coding of the assigned modules or applications.
  • Analyze customer data and ensure reporting compliance.
  • Implement constant efficiency improvement & problem-solving processes.
  • Lead technical innovation and automation for the services provided to customers.
  • Organize technical teams, distribute work and monitor progress, quality assurance, and performance, in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Work closely with the project managers on the planning and execution of program development activities.
  • Lead\direct the development of Software module or applications in every part of the SDLC process including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, promoting and support.
  • Be part of or enable business teams to write requirements, creating test plans implement code reviews and leading teams to implement software releases.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.


Experience:

  • Post Graduate or Graduate in Engineering or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with Computer Science or Computer Applications or related Specialisation
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years relevant experience in SoftwareApplications & Development


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent hands-on experience in C# .Net Core development experience
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and .NET MVC API libraries and conventions.
  • Comfortable with async/await semantics
  • Hands-on experience in working on large, scalable software systems with complexity
  • Understanding event architectures and message queue and messagebus patterns.
  • entity framework and SQL knowledge is must.
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and deploying to AWS/Azure.
  • Exposure to Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
