Requirements :

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly Investors’ MIS report & performance review deck.
  • Monitoring of organization-wise budget – Opex and Capex. Ensuring spending management.
  • Budget vs actual variance analysis at various levels/dimensions to understand & decipher the performance.
  • Leveraging data analysis and analytics to bring business insights, challenges, and opportunities
  • Actively participating in the Annual Business Planning Exercise.
  • Working closely with the Controllership Team on the month-end activities as per the month-end closing process & timelines.
  • Finance business partner to other functions on various activities/workstreams.


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong financial modeling experience.
  • Creating a financial model to project long-term growth & determine the impacting business factors.
  • Experience in SAP ERP & Power BI dashboard preparation.


Qualification :


Chartered Accountant /MBA finance with 3+ years of post-qualification.
