Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders across the UK and Europe. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and driving the design of impactful solutions. Exposure to Pricing strategy, Healthcare industry practices, and data-driven technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and AI is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage proactively with business stakeholders via one-to-one interactions, workshops, and solution demos to capture, validate, and prioritise business requirements.

- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of goals, deliverables, and solution design.

- Interpret business data to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making processes, especially in areas like pricing optimisation and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with architects and developers to shape solutions that meet both business needs and strategic objectives.

- Leverage tools such as Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytical modelling to support solution design.

- Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML-based solutions to drive automation, predictive analytics, or operational enhancements.

- Lead the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design and stakeholder sign-off.

- Create high-quality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps, data models, and training guides tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.

- Contribute to project planning and monitoring activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and measurable outcomes.

- Recommend enhancements to business processes and systems, incorporating stakeholder feedback, operational data, and industry best practices

Key Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, Pricing, or Healthcare domains.

- Good understanding of Pricing models, revenue optimisation, or cost-to-serve analyses.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple geographies.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or other modern data platforms.

- Familiarity with AI concepts and practical applications in process improvement or decision support.

- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.

- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

- Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
