Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing end-to-end technical projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. This role requires excellent communication, strategic problem-solving, and hands-on project ownership.Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery- Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, Kanban boards, stand-ups, and retrospectives- Develop project roadmaps, define milestones, and identify dependencies and risks- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery- Drive cross-functional alignment and resource allocation to meet project objectives- Communicate project plans, updates, risk mitigation, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership- Track project status, progress metrics, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget- Facilitate issue resolution and remove blockers between teams- Implement process improvements and contribute to improving project delivery frameworks- Lead strategic initiatives to support organizational and product roadmap goalsRequired Skillsets : - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)- Hands-on experience managing technical/software development projects- Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and reporting skills- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-team dependencies- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira / Asana / Trello / MS Project / Confluence)- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities- Understanding of engineering workflows, tech stacks, and SDLC processes- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and handle ambiguity- Experience in risk management, change management, and resource planning- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proactive ownership mindsetEducation : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field- Agile / PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
