About Position:We are seeking sales force architects with hands-on experience in salesforce architecture, service cloud, apex, etc.,Role: Salesforce Architect Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 10 to 16 Years Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. Be hands-on with coding in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and SOQL. Guide and mentor the development team, resolving Salesforce technical issues quickly. Proactively identify and implement improvements in the existing system to enhance performance and reduce API response time. Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and integration. Review and improve Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations. Ensure high test class coverage and adherence to Salesforce coding standards. Identify and remediate areas of technical debt. Monitor application performance and proactively address bottlenecks. Implement tools and strategies for performance tuning and optimization. Ensure system reliability and scalability. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and admins. Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams. Lead technical workshops and solutioning sessions.Expertise You'll Bring:8+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and SOQL. Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce. Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization. Proven track record of improving code quality and reducing technical debt. Salesforce certifications such as PD1, System Architect, or Field Service Consultant are highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce Health Check and performance monitoring tools.
