Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst at StatusNeo in Gurgaon.

- The Data Analyst will be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to perform data analytics, statistics, and data modeling.

- Communication skills will be essential for effective collaboration and presentation of insights.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant data solutions.

- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Assist in data cleaning, preprocessing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.

- Document processes, methodologies, and analysis results to support future data initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics capabilities

- Data Modeling expertise

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and preliminary analysis.

- Strong Communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) is mandate

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to data cleaning, wrangling, and preprocessing techniques.

- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
