Join us in helping leading technology organizations deliver high-performance wireless solutions through advanced WLAN automation and validation.Your Role As a WLAN Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing automated test frameworks to validate WLAN features, performance, and interoperability. You’ll work closely with development and QA teams to ensure robust wireless connectivity across platforms and devices. In this role, you will: Develop and maintain automation test scripts for WLAN functionality based on IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax). Validate wireless connectivity stacks and protocol layers (MAC, PHY). Design and execute automated test cases for performance, regression, and stability testing. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution. Use tools like Wireshark, IxChariot, Spirent, Ekahau, and AirMagnet for network analysis and validation. Debug and troubleshoot wireless communication issues in embedded systems or mobile platforms (e.g., Android/Linux). Stay current with evolving WLAN technologies, standards, and regulatory compliance. Your Profile 5–10 years of experience in WLAN testing and automation. Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and automation frameworks (Pytest, Robot Framework, PyATS). Strong understanding of wireless protocols and networking fundamentals. Experience with Linux-based systems and embedded networking. Familiarity with RF testing tools and wireless analyzers.
