Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Architecture and IAM Head with minimum 12 years of relevant experience to join our team. This role is critical in shaping the overall cybersecurity posture of our organization by designing and implementing robust security architectures and identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, strong architectural skills, and expertise in IAM technologies and practices.


Key Responsibilities:


-Cybersecurity Architecture:

Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide cybersecurity architectures that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate existing security systems and infrastructure to identify gaps and design solutions to address security risks.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that cybersecurity architectures meet the needs of different departments and business units.

Assess and implement CNAPP solution for cloud workloads

Ensure appropriate architecture solutions are derived for IT and Operational technology landscape in align with business usecase


-Identity and Access Management (IAM):

Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.

Design and deploy IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.

Design and deploy IAM services and controls for multitenant cloud platforms.

Define roles and access controls based on the principle of least privilege and enforce strong authentication mechanisms.


-Access Control and Privilege Management:

Design and enforce access control mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least privilege principles. Implement privileged access management (PAM) solutions to secure access to sensitive systems and resources.


-Security Standards and Best Practices:

Stay abreast of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity architecture, Operational technology and IAM.

In liaison with IT, Application and other business team in supporting and driving the secure practises across the technology life cycle.

Ensure that cybersecurity architectures and IAM solutions adhere to relevant standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO, and GDPR.


-Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Conduct risk assessments to identify cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and applications.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to address identified risks.


-Emerging Technologies and Trends:

Stay abreast of emerging cyber security technologies, trends, and best practices. Evaluate new tools, methodologies, and standards to enhance the organization's cyber resilience and agility.


-Risk Management and Compliance:

Partner with risk management and compliance teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks. Ensure that cyber architecture and IAM practices adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and industry frameworks.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) preferred.

Extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture design and implementation, with a focus on identity and access management.

Strong understanding of IAM technologies and protocols, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-wide security architectures and solutions.

Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to cybersecurity and IAM.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
