You will be responsible for designing scalable full-stack applications, leading development teams, and ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities with user-friendly interfaces using Python and React technologiesDesired Skills -Must-Have • Backend: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js • Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Full-Stack Development Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered financial applications with seamless integration between Python backend services and React frontend interfaces. AI Integration Architect and implement integration patterns for AI/ML models, LLM services, and conversational AI systems within web applications. Team Leadership Mentor development teams, establish coding standards, and drive technical excellence while ensuring timely project delivery. Azure Cloud Development Design and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Azure services with focus on security, performance, and compliance for financial services.• Azure Services: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure • Relevant experience of software development experience with leadership responsibilities • Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) • Extensive experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+, TypeScript) • Experience with Azure cloud services and API development • Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL) • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles • Experience with AI/ML integration and working with data science teams • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
