Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead in Noida. The person will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end web development and team lead. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
  • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
  • Capable to perform in all SDLC phases like analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment of software systems.
  • Implementation of best practices while adhering to all the security norms required as per the established standards (ISMS, HSSMS CMMI etc.)
  • Addressing user issues & finding optimal solutions.
  • Handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Computer Science and Software Development skills
  • Back-End Web Development expertise
  • Front-end Web Development expertise
  • DevOps, Blockchain, AI, AR along with CMMi process understanding (if applying for tech lead role)
  • Experience in building scalable and reliable software systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
