Job Title : Data Analytics Manager

Location : Bangalore

Role Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Data Analytics Manager with strong expertise in driving data-led decision-making across domains such as gaming, e-commerce, and payments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading analytics teams, building predictive models, designing personalization frameworks, and delivering measurable business impact through insights and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the Data Analytics team, ensuring delivery of actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.

- Drive revenue and margin growth through data-driven offer optimization, personalization, and retention strategies.

- Design and implement A/B experiments across user journeys, optimizing discovery channels and conversion funnels.

- Build and deploy machine learning models for user segmentation, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and personalized recommendations.

- Develop scalable data frameworks for cohort-based analytics, KPI dashboards, and real- time alerts.

- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to translate analytical insights into impactful strategies.

- Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

- 610 years of experience in Data Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.

- Experience with analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, and Jupyter Notebook.

- Expertise in data visualization tools - Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).

- Familiarity with machine learning techniques regression, clustering, classification, time series forecasting.

- Experience in building personalization and recommendation systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions. Preferred Qualifications

- Background in gaming, e-commerce, or payments analytics.

- Proven track record in driving revenue uplift and retention improvement through data- led initiatives.

- Hands-on experience in building scalable analytics products and automation frameworks.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership.
