Key Responsibilities
• Stay on top of internet trends by scrolling through platforms like YouTube, Reddit, X (Twitter), and more to discover engaging and viral topics.
• Conduct in-depth research on selected topics, ensuring factual accuracy and fresh perspectives.
• Write compelling and structured video scripts optimized for YouTube (hook, retention, engagement, CTA, etc.).
• Collaborate with editors and content strategists to ensure the narrative matches the visual direction and audience expectations.

You should have:
• Strong interest in business, tech, startups, and economics.
• A knack for case studies, storytelling, and documentary-style narratives.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to enhance research and ideation.
• Understanding of YouTube content psychology: how to hook an audience, retain viewers, and drive engagement.
