We pride ourselves on being the trusted solution for comprehensive and reliable tax support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, night shift on-site role based in Ameerpet for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing HR policies, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Collaboration with department managers to assess staffing needs and oversee training and development programs will also be key aspects of this role.QualificationsComprehensive understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planningExperience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolutionStrong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirementsSkills in organizational development, training, and policy creationExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in HR management or leadership roles is preferred
