Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Keus Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day MIS & CRM updation and correction-related activities in collaboration with the internal team. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in extracting meaningful insights from MIS data and sharing them with relevant stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • with internal teams to identify discrepancies or errors in MIS data and implement corrective measures promptly.
  • regular reports and dashboards from MIS data to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • MIS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and communicate findings to the management team.
  • and implement processes for efficiently collecting, organizing, and storing data to enhance MIS effectiveness.
  • training and support to internal stakeholders on CRM & MIS tools and processes to ensure effective utilization across the organization.
  • and maintain the data hygiene of the CRM in coordination with the internal team.
  • Sales team w.r.t Quote/BOM preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1 year) working in MIS management, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in MIS software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and process optimization methodologies is a plus.
