We are currently keen to onboard an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.


About the role: The Senior Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. We are keen to have someone with a CA qualification & 4-5 years of experience in retail healthcare, with a preference for experience in IVF or fertility clinics. (Kindly do not apply if you do not meet this experience requirement.) This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management, reporting, and compliance.


Location: Considering candidates from Mumbai Only.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:

·        Oversee and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

·        Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements.

.       Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.

2.      Financial Reporting:

·        Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to relevant stakeholders including investors.

·        Ensure that financial statements comply with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

3.     Reporting and Analysis:

·        Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS, financial statements and reports.

·        Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.

·        Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance.

 4.    Compliance and Auditing:

·        Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

·        Coordinate and support internal and Statutory external audits.

·        Implement basic processes and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

5.    Strategic Planning:

·        Assist in strategic financial planning and analysis to support company growth and objectives.

·        Provide financial input for business decisions and strategic initiatives.

6.    Team Leadership:

·        Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.

·        Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

7.    Other Duties:

·        Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

·        Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant certifications.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles in retail healthcare companies, preferably in IVF / fertility clinics. (Kindly do not apply if you do not meet this experience requirement.)
  • Skills:

            ·        Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Financial practices, and regulations.

            ·        Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

            ·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

            ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.     

            .       Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
