About the Role

Looking for a dynamic, experienced and driven Merchandiser. This role will be based in Company’s Noida office.



Key Responsibilities

  • Open up new factories for the above category on the pillars of On time delivery and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development of new products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end processes, including product development, production, supply chain
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational excellence
  • Liaising with key accounts and brands to create consistent growth, smooth product launches, and optimise range/selection
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with degree/diploma; MBA will be added advantage
  • Min 5-10 Years of experience in Buying / Liaison offices
  • Past experience in working with and growing business of US retailers & importers
  • Proven track record in business leadership
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent strategic thinking
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team of professionals
  • Deep understanding of the US hardgoods industry, including market trends and consumer behaviour
  • Role requires frequent travel to vendor factories
