About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Cloud and Kubernetes to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring smooth deployment of applications and AI/ML models in production. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • CI/CD Development: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for Java-based applications.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, leveraging multiple deployment models.
  • Kubernetes Administration: Implement, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters, including lifecycle management and scaling.
  • Messaging Systems Integration: Work with ArtemisMQ for message-driven systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Application Architecture Support: Collaborate on 3-tier and microservices architectures, including Self-Contained Systems (SCS).
  • AI/ML Model Deployment: Deploy, monitor, and scale AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate provisioning and configuration, following best practices.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on Azure Cloud and Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Strong understanding of Azure deployment models and cloud infrastructure best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in integrating and managing messaging systems such as ArtemisMQ.
  • Familiarity with 3-tier, microservices, and Self-Contained Systems (SCS) architecture patterns.
  • Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across build, deployment, and runtime environments.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of container security best practices.
  • Experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
  • Exposure to event-driven architectures.
